AimConnect Counselling collects student and parent contact details only for career guidance follow-up, including stream guidance, subject guidance, course guidance, college guidance, counselling calls and related educational communication.
Information collected
Student name, student phone, parent/guardian name, parent phone, class/stream, school, city, assessment answers, top career recommendations and the source from which the student opened the link.
How it is used
The information is used to contact the student or parent about career guidance. It should not be sold. Access should be limited to authorised AimConnect team members.
Important guidance note
The career calculator is a guidance tool, not a clinical psychometric diagnosis and not a guarantee of future success. Students should use the result as a starting point for discussion with parents, teachers and counsellors.
